ISOC is developed and maintained by the Centre for International University Cooperation (SIU) in Bergen, Norway. The database is funded by SOCRATES, and was first deployed in 1999 as a projects database for the Minerva action. It has since been expanded to include project information for all centralised actions under the SOCRATES programme, and is currently supported throughout 2003.

DOLCETA is developed and maintained by the European Universities Continuing Education Network (EUCEN - www.eucen.org), Barcelona/Spain. The database is funded by DG SANCO -  the Directorate-General for Health and Consumer Protection of the European Commission and the 25 EU countries are partners of this project. DOLCETA is an interactive tool of information, counselling and training for consumers.

The Europschool Network is a project Comenius 3 of the Socrates program.
Comenius 3 is an action which relates to the creation of Networks structured around a precise topic, here “intercultural Education” in the 1st degree in Europe. They are centralized projects i.e. that they do not depend on the national Agencies but are directly in bond with the Executive Agency, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission.
Partners in 10 countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic.
The Europschool network’s main purpose is to create a common platform for nursery and primary school teaching  in order to carry out an active research on “how to improve the way to approach inter culturality in the early childhood, what training is needed for teachers, what methods are to be used?”.
