STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED TO HAVE A CORRECTLY WORKING CHAT

In case the page of our chat does not load completely when opening it, the reason is that the option "java console" is not activated in your navigator, which is necessary to have access to the chat. This console can be activated or not in your navigator. To find it out and to activate it, in case it is not activated, you have to follow the next steps: |

1- In case your navigator is Internet Explorer: |

- In the menu "View", please check whether the option "Java console" does appear. If not, it is in fact not activated and you have to activate it to be able to use our chat. For this purpose, please go to the menu "Tools" of the Internet Explorer and click "Internet options". A window will be opened where you have to click "Advanced". Almost at the end, you will find the option called "Microsoft VM". There you will find three options that should be marked, if not, please mark them. Afterwards, please click "Apply" and "OK". That way you have finalized the process and will be able to enter the chat. |

2- In case your navigator is Netscape: |

- In the menu "Edit" of the Explorer, please go to "Preferences" and click "Advanced". On the right hand, you will find the option "Enable Java". If it is not marked, please do it to have a correctly working chat. In case the previously described options to enable Java console do not appear on your computer, it is possible that it is not installed. Therefore, you have to start the installation through the following link: http://jdl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=10342 Then you will be able to enter the CHAT of E-CONS.
